供佛是让自己进入光明的能量场，培养慈悲、感恩与清净心，从而改变身心与生命的状态。
Offering to the Buddha brings us into a field of luminous energy, cultivating compassion, gratitude, and a pure heart — transforming body, mind, and life.
佛不需要供养，需要的是我们因供养而生起的善念与觉性。每一个动作都在训练心更柔软、念头更清净、能量更稳定、感恩心更强。
The Buddha needs nothing; what matters is the wholesome intention and awareness arising in us. Each action softens the heart, purifies thought, stabilizes energy, and deepens gratitude.
点灯观想光明照破烦恼；供香观想烦恼随烟散去；供水观想心如水清澈；供花观想心如花柔软清净；供果观想善因善果成熟。
Lamps illumine afflictions; incense disperses worries like smoke; water reflects a clear mind; flowers express softness and purity; fruits embody the ripening of virtuous causes.
心念影响能量场。善念减少负能量、平衡情绪，使烦恼更易被看见与放下。供佛越多，心越柔软；心越柔软，烦恼越少。
Wholesome thoughts dissolve negative energy and balance emotion. The more we offer, the softer the heart becomes — and a soft heart carries fewer afflictions.
福报是做出来的。供佛带着恭敬、感恩、善念与愿力，使人际、工作、家庭、身体、运势皆趋于和谐稳定。
Merit is created, not begged for. Offering with reverence, gratitude, kindness, and aspiration brings harmony to relationships, work, family, health, and fortune.
供佛时，心念靠近佛的慈悲、智慧、光明、包容与平静。心越接近佛，生命越接近光明。
When offering, the heart aligns with the Buddha's compassion, wisdom, light, tolerance, and serenity. The closer the heart is to the Buddha, the closer life is to the light.
在压力与烦恼之中，供佛是一种安定心灵、补充能量、回到内在力量、找回方向的方式——提醒自己：我不孤单，我有光明可以依靠。
Amid stress and worry, offering steadies the spirit, replenishes energy, and restores inner direction — reminding us: I am not alone; the light is here.
清净庄严的佛坛，是修心供养的圣地。
A pure and dignified altar is the sacred space where the heart practices offering.
供佛前最好先沐浴、更衣、净手、静心、祈请，以恭敬、真诚、感恩来供佛。
Before offering, it is best to bathe, change clothes, wash the hands, calm the mind, and make a sincere prayer — approaching the Buddha with reverence, sincerity, and gratitude.
能增长智慧，生生世世如同世间的明灯，常受生为人王，智慧的光明能照亮整个世界；肉眼不坏而明亮，不会变成盲人或近视眼；未来能获得五眼中的天眼；能辨别善法和恶法，懂得一切因果取舍；具有超胜的智慧，能灭除自他相续中的一切愚痴黑暗；不受外界的各种诱惑影像，有辨别取舍的能力；生生世世不会转生在邪见或者黑暗之处，常住于光明殊胜之地；具大福报；命终往生天道；能速疾证得圣者果位。
Offering light cultivates wisdom — life after life one becomes as a lamp for the world, born as a noble whose luminous insight brightens all. The physical eye remains clear and never blind or short-sighted; the heavenly eye, one of the five eyes, is attained. One distinguishes wholesome from unwholesome, understands cause and effect, and gains supreme wisdom that extinguishes ignorance in oneself and others. One is not swayed by worldly illusion, never reborn in dark or wrong-view realms, always abides in luminous lands, possesses vast merit, is reborn in the heavens at death, and swiftly attains the fruit of sagehood.
愿以此灯光，照破一切无明黑暗。
May this light dispel every darkness of ignorance.
能消除罪障、增长福报、来世尊贵、所求如愿、远离恶趣、渐获解脱。
Offering incense purifies misdeeds, increases merit, brings noble rebirth, fulfills aspirations, prevents falling into lower realms, and leads gradually to liberation.
愿以此香烟，承载诚心上达十方。
May this rising incense carry sincerity to the Buddhas of all directions.
能令声音美妙、障碍消除、内心调柔、神智清明、戒律清净、身心堪忍、身体壮健等功德。
Offering water brings a melodious voice, removal of obstacles, a gentle and pliant mind, clarity of consciousness, purity of precepts, endurance of body and mind, and robust health.
愿以此清水，令心如水般清澈调柔。
May this pure water render the heart as clear and gentle as itself.
得美好容颜，富贵吉祥。
Offering flowers bestows beauty of countenance, prosperity, and auspiciousness.
愿以此鲜花，令心如花柔软清净。
May these flowers render the heart soft, pure, and ever-blossoming.
能延长寿命、令脸色红润、身体有力、心无忧怖懈怠、众所敬仰、众人爱乐、具大福报、命终生天、速证涅槃。
Offering fruits extends life, brings rosy complexion and bodily strength, removes worry, fear and laziness, earns universal respect and affection, accumulates great merit, leads to rebirth in the heavens at death, and swiftly attains nirvana.
愿以善因，成就善果。
May wholesome causes bring forth wholesome fruits.
